Reading a video's numbers
A like rate around 4-5% of views is typical; above 8% the audience loved it, under 2% the title over-promised. Comments per view above 0.3% mean the video started a conversation - rare and valuable. Together they form the engagement figure YouTube's recommendation system weighs alongside watch time.
Tags are hidden on the watch page but public in the data; copy them as a starting point, not a template - the title and the first two lines of the description matter far more. Topics are YouTube's own classification of what the video is about.

No - YouTube removed the public dislike count in 2021; the API no longer returns it.
