Why it is fair
The winner is chosen in your browser with crypto.getRandomValues, the same generator browsers use for encryption; there is no server call at the moment of picking, so nothing can be influenced. Duplicates by the same account are removed before the draw when the option is on.

How many comments can it load?
Up to 1 000 of the newest top-level comments. For bigger giveaways, ask entrants to use a unique word and run the draw in batches.
Are replies included?
No - only top-level comments count as entries.
Can I pick several winners?
Yes, up to 20 at once, all different people when the one-entry option is on.
